Unlike standard solo freelancing, team missions combine complementary skills to tackle substantial briefs with clear milestone governance.

1. Contribution Agreements

Before work starts, all participants sign a transparent split agreement defining deliverable items, roles, deadlines, and exact percentage shares.

2. Escrow-Protected Pools

Organisations fund the entire mission pool upfront. Payments are released milestone-by-milestone directly into contributor accounts upon sign-off.

3. Human Review & Fair Dispute

Work is verified against clear checklists with one correction round allowed. Independent dispute reviews protect contributors from arbitrary cancellations.
